Athena Compute operates an independent desk connecting the two sides of the GPU compute market: neocloud providers with capacity to fill, and operators who need that capacity now.
We maintain a vetted network of neocloud partners across regions and GPU architectures. When a compute buyer comes to us, we match them with the right provider and make a direct introduction. From that point forward, all commercial terms, technical support and ongoing engagement are handled between buyer and provider. No intermediation on pricing, no ongoing tollgating. We earn a fee for the introduction and move on.
We also operate a secondary practice in AI hardware procurement. Buyers can submit an RFQ and we will source the hardware and return a competitive quote. Sellers can list surplus inventory with us and we will find them a qualified buyer at fair market pricing.
Every engagement is protected by clear commercial frameworks: NDAs, non-circumvention agreements, and deal registration where appropriate.
Our primary practice. We connect compute buyers with neocloud providers who have the right capacity, in the right region, at the right price. Once introduced, the buyer and provider engage directly on all commercials, support and contract terms.
Our secondary practice. Buyers submit an RFQ detailing the hardware they need, and we source it from our network and return a competitive quote. Sellers list their surplus inventory with us, and we match them with a qualified buyer.
